My wife April and I are from Anchorage, Alaska and decided to look for winter property in the Fredericksburg area.
We contacted Sharon as we were driving from Waco to Fredericksburg. We were looking for between 15 -30 acres, hopefully with a view, in the Hill Country. Sharon had printed quite a few listings for us to look at and off we went. It only took two days and we found the perfect 32 acres and wrote an offer that was quickly accepted. Since we were from Alaska, there was quite a bit of coordination that Sharon had to take care of. Besides the normal title and mortgage work, Sharon helped us coordinate our septic test, water well, and I think she even evicted a rattlesnake that was squatting. She made the long distance transaction very easy. In short, I wouldn’t call anyone else for a real estate transaction in the Fredericksburg area.
